Raid Ant Killer Baits work and they work fast! Yesterday morning there were thousands of ants on my kitchen floor. I put all 8 baits out where I saw ants and this morning 24 hrs later, there are -0- ants in my kitchen, or anywhere in my house!

I used these baits inside my house first floor to prevent ant infestation in the kitchen area. The direction clearly states these traps need to be refreshed every three months. I don't introduce these baits when seeing ants. I used them during spring, summer and fall even when seeing no ants at all. I only slacked off during winter. This RAID brand seems to work better than the other brand I tried before, but it is no magic bullet. Outside my house I spread ant-killing granules around the perimeter every few months and spray the foundation wall with insecticide from time to time. So far this seems to do the job. Some may say this is too much DIY but wait until you see a bill from the professional and then ask them what they can really promise. Like most home projects, there is never a way you can avoid doing some works.

The Little Buggers Could NOT Have Been Less Interested! Purchased to help combat a plague of hundreds of troops boldly traversing all over the kitchen countertops the week before Christmas! And believe it or not, like Hannibal's hordes - they even invaded both the refrigerator AND THE FREEZER in Winter (nimbly scaling their way in through the crevices of the rubber lining in the doors!). After reading all the positive reviews, was expecting the bait would bring about an end to the assault, but instead, the invaders COMPLETELY avoided the bait like, well...The Plague. So the product proved totally useless. Did some research and read the lack of fatal attraction might be that I was dealing with the "wrong" kind of ants: Savory vs Sweet-loving - that's a nice disclaimer to NOT include in the details. But y'know what did work, and ALWAYS eventually brings about victory? Good Ol' Dawn mixed with water in a spray bottle! You just need to be diligent and persistent in tamping down the uprising, and when enough of their insidious and frenzied comrades eventually die, they'll finally get the message and find elsewhere to ransack. Guess that'll it do it for this little review. Now please excuse me, as I need to wipe away hundreds of little black carcasses off the countertops and chip away the others from their icy graves - OR I could just leave them there...much like ancient rulers would leave the severed heads of their enemies on spikes to serve as a warning to future scouts of the consequences of being unwanted guests.

I buy these every year. I find these have worked the best for stopping the ants. They fit nicely in the window sill. I like that my kids can’t ingest any of the chemicals if they were able to reach them. No mess, no smell, and so easy to use.

Not as effective as expected. The ants tend to go over and around it. No changes in the volume of sugar ants. In fact, they appear to have multiplied. 3 stars because this product worked for the ants in the break room at my job, which is why I purchased it. They were, however, a different species.

Expensive, but they do the job. You just have to be patient for a day or two.

I could place these anywhere I need them which is mostly my kitchen counter and cupboard. They are super easy to just break off and place. I use them in my basement as well. I have noticed A LOT less ants since I placed them. No issues with leaks or anything.

Easy to use and perfect for removing the ant menace. Tried it both indoors and in the garden, and worked at both places perfectly. The garden ant hills after the rain, remains flat, indicating no activity, and indoor the ants had disappeared totally. Used it for the red ants.
