Sorry no. This is wheel spacer, only widen the wheels, does not change bolt pattern. The bolt pattern of 5 lug F150 is 5x135, with 14x2.0 studs. If the rim is also from 8 lug Ford vehicle, you need 5x135 to 8x170 wheel adapter, with 14x2.0 studs. If it is with 8x6.5 bolt pattern, you need 5x135 to 8x6.5 wheel adapter, with 14x2.0 studs.

Q: Does stud need to be change ?

This is 1/2" spacer, if there is 1/2" extra longof your stock hub studs, no need to replace them. If not you need to replace them to longer ones.
