The memory foam gives good support without being too firm, which made it useful for positioning my leg correctly while doing exercises. It was also very helpful at night, as I could rest my operated leg on it when trying to sleep on my side, which took pressure off the knee and felt much more comfortable. The pillow holds its shape and feels well made, and it’s a simple but effective aid during recovery. Overall, I think, this was a worthwhile purchase and a helpful support cushion both for exercises and for sleeping.
