Infrared Light Stand, 275W Red Light Near Infrared Heat Lamp with Flexible Arm and Remove Control

(updated) The seller was responsive and he/she provided an excellent after-service. I am happy with my purchase from the seller and I would say my overall rating for the lamp and the seller is very positive.The heat generated by the lamp is pretty good. Unfortunately, it stopped working in less than 4 months. The control panel still lights up so I wonder if the bulb socket is damaged because of the heat generated by the bulb, which could be a manufacturing defect. I contacted the seller to see if it is fixable or replaceable. I will update about it later once I hear from the seller. In addition, the lamp is not stable when the base is filled with water, but it became stable by filling it with sand. The lamp makes some noise (like continuing z sound in the background) when it is on, which was not too bothersome to me, but sensitive people could hear it annoying.

I’ve been eyeing this for quite some time, I have a rotator cuff injury and I get shots in my shoulder every few months but unfortunately those shots only last me a couple months so I am in agonizing pain for a month a Dr. of mine uses infrared and suggested it and I couldn’t be happier it’s so soothing and helps me sleep… I struggle sleeping at night because my pain is so bad but this really helps me through. I wish I discovered this years ago. This is super easy to assemble I didn’t even need to look at the instructions I did weigh it with water which was very easy because I didn’t want to buy a big bag of sand so the water works perfectly… it’s super sturdy super well made and strong there’s nothing cheap about it…. I highly recommend this to anyone with chronic pain!! Life changer!

purchased this item only two months and the wire burnt out. I spent over $100 on it, and this item cannot use it anymore only 2 months, they refuse to refund.I felt something was off when using it first time; the screen become excessively hot every time I turned it on. I use it 15mins each time. This morning when I using it, it suddenly made a loud noise, and I thought the bulb had burst, but the bulb was fine. Upon inspection, I discovered that the internal wire had burned out. It was terrifying, and I'm grateful it wasn't an explosion. I contacted customer service, but they told me that they have only 30-day return policy.

The light works good but the base is not heavy enough to keep it from tilting over even when it’s filled with water.

Seems super dangerous. Incredible value though. Using with ice cube because it's so hot on my skin, which is a good thing. Too loud unless you use at full power and then the housing gets so hot seems like it will catch on fire. Def.wouldnt get it if used professionally, but for myself... it's okay. Why is there a remote? Dumb. For those who complain about the stability: Don't use the wheels. They're completely unnecessary. No more instability.

I use mine in my massage practice. The remote doesn't always work but i don't need to use it anyways. I decided not to put the wheels on and not to fill it with sand or water. It makes it lighter to move and balance is ok. It makes those really tight areas loosen, it penetrates far deeper than i expected in a short time. I'm really pleased with it.

I didn’t like the base of the lite, but I loved how light it was for moving around and the infra red-red light is fantastic. I am a practitioner of Chinese Medicine so I use the lite with patients; they love it!!
