A Great power Supply!
My old power supply quit working after 3 years of service, and replacing it was a breeze with this newer model. After checking the first and older supply, it was only putting out 12.4 volts instead of 24 volts. The entry keypad wouldn't light and the gate wa as inoperable. I ordered this, unresolved the old one and installed the new one and everything is up and running again. No issues.

Great Customer Support and Reliable Product
During this day and time it is very challenging to contact a human for customer support and receive immediate and effective guidance and direction. Not with Topens - they have been very responsive, knowledgeable, and have given me super customer support, which is my main concern when I purchase any product, regardless of the cost. The product has been great. I just replaced the Topens UPS01 after having it power my Topens gate arms for more than 3 years. Thanks for a great product with great customer support!

Great Product = Poor Tech Support
Delivered very quickly and easy to install. This was a replacement for one that was destroyed by a power surge. Trying to troubleshoot the damaged one seemed impossible. This is a Chinese company with no local tech support operations. Product is good! It was easier to purchase a new one from Amazon. With Prime it arrived very quickly.

Itโs very easy to install. We recently had a storm take out our original system. It was easy to find the model and what we needed to order. I do suggest a surge protector to prevent this problem.

Great Product!!
Love the UPS01 Topens power supply adapter. We were having some issues keeping our electric gate powered up so we ordered this adapter. It was an easy installation and it has been working great. We do not have it hooked up to solar panels so it's wired directly to power. Would highly recommend this adapter.
