I’ve been using the product for a straight week now, about 15 minutes daily, and overall it has been a really helpful addition to my routine. After consistent use, I’ve found that the regular tightness I usually feel in my neck has reduced a bit. One thing to note is that the pressure is quite strong, which I personally like, but it might feel intense for someone who prefers a gentler massage. One drawback is that the built-in straps don’t feel very practical in all situations. They seem more useful when you’re using it on a chair or car seat, but when using it freely, you still need to hold or adjust it manually, which can be a bit inconvenient. It would have been better if it had a more versatile or secure hands-free support design. Overall for the price and convenience it feels like a solid home massage solution.

Okay I needed something to ease the stress after a hard day's work. I looked at a few devices and settled on this one. Sceptical about using something like this , thinking could it even work on those tired sometimes aching muscles . First time it was a question of getting in the right position and trying the different speed settings by pressing the speed button on bottom right of the massager , for me the slower setting suited me fine. The program lasts for a quarter of an hour. It takes a bit of getting used to as it stops every minute to reverse the direction of the massage. The noise of the motor is quite soothing but if you don't like it , put on some headphones or ear buds. The time goes by quickly and when the cycle ends you want it to carry on. It really does ease the muscles at the back of the neck. I have also used it on my calf muscle to relieve some tightness I had on my leg. The machine is quite robust for a small machine and is reasonably priced. It is a mains operated machine , it also comes with a car cigarette lighter lead so that you can use it in the car. As well as the different speed settings there is a warming red light which you can turn off if you wish. I am pleasantly surprised at how good this machine is.

I had an initial issue with my purchase but the manufacturer resolved it very quickly, great customer service. Using it for a week now - the roller balls give a firm, but relaxing massage to the neck, shoulders and back. Using it sitting up is best. I have tried laying down with it under my neck, which is fine but I am not sure the mechanism in the rollers would last (some slight squeeking heard). Overall, really relaxing to use after a long stressful day and/or to start the day off! Would recommend.

This massager may look tiny but it packs some punch. Although now retired I worked in a chiropractic clinic as a remedial therapist for many years. I can really recommend this massage device for it's simple settings, one press for infrared which produces warmth. Press again for massage without infrared. The button on the opposite side gives three speed settings. It starts on the highest speed but press again for medium and again for slow. I use it mainly on low for the neck or any bony/muscle area, but also very relaxing at low speed. Probably the best setting for older people with less muscle mass. It also comes with a car adapter as it can fit over headrest. Not sure I would recommend whilst driving though. Highly recommend for muscular soft tissue massage.

The balls that massage you are quite hard but it does the job especially once it has warmed up but you can’t stop it massaging to use it as just a heat pad
