Has anyone ever received them with all bottles intact or do they always come with some bottles broken?

I received the package with all bottles intact, however I was sent the wrong size - 10 bottles/box instead of 30/box and I had to request a refund.

How to open them? Is there any tool to open it the vials?

I carefully use a steak knife to open these by puncturing the center with the knife and twisting the knife while holding the vial steady.

How much Ginseng (in Grams or Miligrams) is in each vial of the Deluxe Ginseng Royal Jelly

Not sure. This product has been around for a long time and we've always loved it. But, with the demand for ginseng for uses that it should not be used for, seems to be stressing the supply for ginseng to the point where the ginseng may be weakening. We still find it effect though.
