Straight to the Point Documentation Guide for LTC/SNF Nurses: Medicare Edition

I liked how detailed it was from the MDS's perspective. Often times many Nurses are unaware of what MDS is so the data they enter lacks everything needed to complete assessments properly. Many who are not familiar with the MDS assessment will find this not so useful but MDS Coordinators love it!

I did not find this helpful.

This book is excellent. Have not given it to my nurses yet, but am hoping it will help them.

We're using this at my job. Very good examples
