Suffer from constant pain, not sure if bracelet is helping BUT I am feeling 20% better.And it's a nice bracelet.

If,like me you have smaller than average wrists,these won't fit snugly like I wanted.If this bracelet could be made to close closer to my wrist id have kept this.Whether the company knows how it can be pulled by the strings to make it a tighter fit id like to know? As if it could pull tighter id keep it and order 1 more for other wrist too.

I have arthritis and I felt that the bracelet helped particularly for my wrists and hands. It also looks pretty cool! I was therefore gutted when it broke. However, I contacted MagnetRX to see what I could do about getting it repaired and they are sending a new replacement bracelet. Fabulous customer service, hence the 5 stars.
