I drank this every morning first thing, and waited an hour before consuming anything else. The taste was pretty bad at first but I was committed, even after my first dose that made me nauseous (never happens to me), I started adding some ginger powder and that fixed that. You get used to the taste, but it's never exactly pleasant. Lemon Juice really helps mask it, and has benefits of its own. It helped me stop having chronic diarrhea and results/symptoms of leaky gut. I noticed a change, a decline, the day after my first jar ran out, but I have mostly leveled out since as I'm not nearly as bad as before this. I think I need to take this for 6 months to heal my gut, but have to wait some time to be able to afford it.

It's a great product. The only drawback is the taste, so I mix it in my morning smoothie and I don't taste it.

The lineup list of ingredients is the all stars of gut healing and provides an excellent value for your money. 5 stars for value for your money, 5 stars for quality of ingredients and the fact 1 scoop of this 1 product provides the necessary quantity of ingredients to heal your gut lining. That said, I stopped taking this because every time, no matter the mixing liquid, or flavor of the chaser, I would almost vomit. I took it daily for a month and just stopped because I could not get past the stomach churning results no matter the value of the product. Unfortunately, nothing can be done to alleviate this because it is the individual ingredients, and not the product itself, that causes the reaction. Maybe someone would find value in placing them in capsules but that rather defeats the point of a powder.

Made my symptoms worse

I felt like I had a stomach ulcer and acid reflux and this stuff stopped the burning feeling in my stomach and most of acid reflux after about two weeks. Also took a digestive enzyme before each meal and a probiotic once daily that helped tremendously with bloat. Will finish the product to ensure my symptoms are gone.

It doesn't taste good, but it does what it says it does. The flavor doesn't linger though, so it's tolerable to drink. I have an autoimmune disease and suspected underlying gut infections as the root cause. Using this powder in conjunction with seaking health's probio HistaminX and AIP diet has been life changing. Absolutely love seaking health's products. I used to have a very small selection of things I could eat without having my autoimmune issues flare and now I am slowly able to add items back into my diet.

The best product I have tried for digestive issues. It has really helped.
