can I put Mrs Potts on top of a tea warmer with a candle under it to keep it warm?

Definitely no, the pot is just a display figurine not a real tea porcelain pot.

Can you actually use this for tea as it states

Yes you can as it is ceramic. After the tea is made you could use it to serve the tea, I would not put it on the stove to brew it though, just to serve.

These are absolutely stunning in person and look like they came straight from Disney World property. They are exactly the right size and actually function as a tea set - if you really wanted to use these for that. My mom is a HUGE Beauty and the Beast fan and she cried when she got these for her birthday. These are so well done, I can't say enough. And well packaged.
