My son who is autistic loves this thing. He calls it his little ghost dog. He loves the light up features and it really does calm him down when he gets over stimulated. I will say the dog doesn’t work unless it’s plugged into a wall. Or maybe it does I just can’t figure it out. But it does take some getting used too for them to focus on their breathing and it has different settings for the types of breathing u want to do. Love it!

I ordered two of these thinking the first one I received might have been an accident and figured I’d give it another try. The thing never stayed charged. It only worked while being plugged in which defeats the purpose of it being able to be used during “calm down times” especially if there isn’t an outlet newer by. Love the concept but doesn’t help at all if it doesn’t work. I returned both of them and decided to not purchase again. Not worth the hassel.

He may not completely get the breathing exercises. But he did learn to deep breathe. He loved it as a nightlight as alexa reads good night moon and we read along with her. This little puppy is part of our bed time routine and he is adorable. I tried the tonie box sleep colection lamb right before this puppy. This puppy had a 5 min timer which may be too short for some. My son loves to push things a few times so 5 min intervals were a dream come true. While currently in a situation of co sleeping within 4 presses of the paw he is ready to let the puppy sleep and fall asleep himself. I'm glad to find a product with colors that he can change daily and with his mood and drift to a peaceful sleep. And this light is the perfect amount of light. Certain colors are brighter then others we have both found.

My grandson loves his. It has settings where it can change colors by itself or you can choose to keep it on one color and there is set it to stay on for 5, 10 or 15 minutes I believe and then it will shut off by itself. Down side is even after charging overnight, it didn't work without it having to be plugged in. Also, from time to time, it changes color by itself when you have it on a solid setting.

I am a play therapist. I got this for my office. It has been a great tool in play therapy for my kiddos who need extra moments for their anger or sadness. Great mindfulness tool and i use it daily!!

This is the second one since the first one had charging issues and second won't turn on at all even on charger. Not worth the time or money. I recommend finding better product

I bought this for my students in my first grade class. We only did it together as a class and they loved it. The plan was for them to be able to choose their breathing pattern on their own if they needed a reset. However we didn’t get to that point. They loved it when we did it as a whole class though!

It’s cute, light is bright and my kid enjoys it… However, as others stated, the battery is awful and doesn’t seem to be even somewhat rechargeable even though everything states it is - I let it charge for a full day and it will not retain a charge and has to be plugged in to work. Super disappointed because I wanted to be able to easily move it around the house. The charging cord that comes with it is very short, so I’m going to have to find another one that will at least allow him to use it comfortably in his room.

I ordered this item twice and both times it arrived in a damaged box and both lights were defective. Neither one charged.

They’re cute and functional, the triangle one might be the easiest one for kids to memorise. The colours on the cards correspond to the light on the cat. For example, the triangle exercise is green so the light on the cat for this exercise is also green (changing between techniques is easy with a press to the button on the cat’s paw)The cat feels durable, the switches on the base are a little stiff but might loosen a bit with use. It needed to be fully charged before first use which took around 3 hours. Battery life seems good so far, it’s charged via a usb cable so can be plugged into a portable charger for on the go use
