Hard to tell if it actually is cleaning
I am not sure if it is actually cleaning or not. I can hear the bubbles in my ear as if there is a reaction however nothing has come free or washed out of my ears

We have been using is for at least 10 years. We both were hearing aids and a week before we go into the audiologist's office, we follow the directions and it makes the process a lot easier for the audiologist to remove the ear wax build up
