Didn’t believe the review, tried it for myself. First time i used Boost, I took 2 deep puffs after my set, didn’t really “feel” anything but measuring my Heart Rate immediately after a heavy incline bench set, my heart rate dropped in a matter of 15-20 seconds from 134 to 115 (at this point I’m 30 min into my push workout.
