I've been taking Alpha Lion Gains Candy every morning for several months before my 30-minute walks, and I've really enjoyed it. I personally feel like it gives me a little extra energy and helps me feel ready to get moving in the morning without the jitters that I get from stimulant products. The capsules are easy to take, and I've had a positive experience using them consistently as part of my exercise routine. While everyone's experience may be different, I've been happy with the results and plan to continue purchasing them.

Good product to jump start your diet/weight loss

I wouldn’t call these a pre workout but they are very similar without the jitters. Definitely curve the appetite.

Been taking for about 2 months and haven’t really noticed much of a difference and I’m consistent with my diet and gym. I also got heart palpitations from taking this and anxiety levels have gone through the roof. Wouldn’t really recommend

Tried this for a month diligently and experienced no difference.

I've been using this for a couple months and have seen that this product works. The science is solid, but my experience shows me that it's effective. I first started by adding one capsule a day with no other changes. Over time i noticed unexplainable weight loss. Then I figured out it was because of this product. About two weeks ago I stacked it with Gains Candy Caloriburn at two per day with no other changes. I'm losing half a pound a day with that combo. No other lifestyle changes. Of course everybody will respond different to these suppliments, but I know it works. So far I feel no downside side effects. I just wish they didn't use that red coloring.
