While they don't reduce the neuropathy, they do keep me comfortable enough that I don't have to change slippers several times each day. I can wear these medical slippers all day with a small but significant measure of comfort. Before I would change slippers about every 2 hrs. as the pressure points of the slippers became untenable. That is not so with thed Dr. Luigi slippers.
