It fits perfectly in our red kite travel cot, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer use than a few days perhaps a week. I visited home after a year and stayed at my parents for one and a half month with my then 8 months old daughter. The mattress arrived folded in half and in the line where it was folded occured a dent. I was trying to fix this by turning the mattress with the other side up but it didn't help. I had to put a folded blanket underneath to even out the surface and protect my daughter's spine. Apart from this she seemed to have a good nighttime sleep on it.

We use this as a permanent mattress for the travel cot for our grandson twice a week. Wouldn't want to have to take it anywhere as its substantial
