I ordered these green Chem light glowsticks for emergency lighting. I put some in my car and have them at home for power outages. They glow really bright at first activation and last up to 12 hours. They do dim as time goes on, but that is expected. There are so many uses for these besides emergency lighting...fun party decor, camping, Halloween, etc. They are about 6 inches long and come with individual strings to tie them or hang them on something. These are reasonably priced, loads of fun for kids. I would buy them again.

This is the second one I’ve used and it is still glowing after activating it January 12th @ 8:45am and it is now 3:00am January 13th. So still glowing after 18+ hrs. The 1st one was the same. Wish I had ordered more as they are not available now! 😡

These glow sticks are really bright and they last way longer than 12 hours. Some of them lasted for 24 hours. I use them to light up my feral cat houses at night. And the following night--there is still light in them. Great quality.
