Great product! I put a little in a hot bath every now & again, but nightly I spray some on the bottom of my feet. Dissolve a few teaspoons in some hot water then put in a spray bottle, spray on bottoms of feet nightly & cover w/socks once absorbed. I promise you'll thank me! Also, you can spray it on muscle aches. Your armpits if you don't wear deodorant (I wear deo, but bf doesn't & this keeps the sweat smell away).

Have to share this as I know there are a lot of people who experience pain. I originally bought this product to use as I use Epsom Salt. The immediate result was much better. Not sure what happens, obviously the magnesium, but what really sold me on this product was the effect it had on me when I tore my MCL. It did not heal the tear - but it absolutely helped with the pain. For example - I was hobbling before I got in the bath and was able to walk without hobbling after 20 minutes of soaking. This was during a period of physical therapy and extra exercises. Try it !

Purchased to make a night time spray. 1/2 cup of this magnesium with 1/2 cup distilled boiling water. Mix into a glass spray bottle and spray bottom of your feet at bedtime. My husband has tried this a couple nights and seemed to be helpful.

I like this. I dint get to use often I feel like it helps though. But I left in the bathroom it all turned into 1 big blob nearly. Science ppl. It will liquify if exposed to moisture

I bought it because I liked the review of the product. I was also satisfied with the product and had an effect on muscle pain. I think it's a good product and I'm planning to buy it again next time. The downside is that the price range is a little high. And I hope it comes out in a container, not in a plastic bag.

I’ve been dealing with low magnesium, and taking supplements. However, I needed something additional before bed to help me sleep. I had a negative reaction to spray on magnesium oil, so I decided to try these flakes in baths and foot soaks. These flakes are exceptional! They dissolve easily, and most of all, they help me relax and sleep, with no negative effects.

I use this to make magnesium spray for my kids, and as a bath soak for myself. Very calming for all of us!

Perfect addition to daily baths. I feel such a difference in my skin, how soft it is, and I’m grateful to have access to this product. I wish the size was bigger for the price, but what can I say other than ‘supply and demand’.
