Rec'd today. Unwrapped the packaging and find 1 small but noticeable ding or pit mark. As well as there are a cluster of smaller ones. It looks like someone either dropped it or dropped something on it.I'm disappointed that prior to shipping no one looked at the quality of the piece.I may or may not ask for refund. I take very, very good care of everything I own and I have buckles that are 3 decades old and look better than this....it's too bad due to the over all quality of the buckle is top notch and I'd purchase many, many more.... well, we will see.

These are great buckles! Beautifully made! In the past, I have always avoided decorative buckles because I thought they were either obnoxious looking or just ugly. I now have at least ten of these buckles on different ratchet belts. These buckles are attractive and I have received several favorable comments from people who have noticed them.
