What are ingredients besude 30%zinc?

i don't remember now - I returned the product. It was more than just zinc oxide and had an odor. My horse is very sensitive to scent - so I decided not to use. it.

Can you use it close to or around the eye? My horse sunburns around his eyes.

I would not place it to close to the eyes. I do use it on their nose and muzzle. Works great. I would use a flymask on all horses that have light eyes or pink skin around the eyes.

Does it help with dry skin?

Equiderma Skin Lotion would be best for dry skin

Question, Why does this product come up as a sunscreen, I wouldn’t use same product for scratches as a sunblock

I use it for both. it creates a barrier on the skin to protect from sun. I put it on my horses legs before going out. When I put it on her legs, the zinc paste created a barrier that kept the mud from getting below the hair on her legs. I put it on before she had scratches.
