As far as the weight and how the product is made it's really soft and comfortable HOWEVER I gave it 1 star because it smells like it was stored somewhere next to a dead rat or mouse, washed it and the smell is still there. I have a very sensitive nose and therefore can not use this product I spent 15 bucks on. Very disgusted with this as it is literally meant to be on the face all night.6/17/2020The seller has kindly reached out to me to offer an apology, explanation (possible water damage) and offered a refund or replacement. I chose to have a replacement sent as I believe it IS a good quality mask, I probably received a bad one sadly. Will update again once I receive the replacement. Great customer serving though.6/25/2020The seller has sent me a replacement mask and it in NO WAY smells the same way the original one sent did. Not only was customer service kind and accommodating, they made sure I was sent a replacement in a timely manner. The mask has a brand new smell to it and I am over all pleased with the product. I must have just received a mask with some water damage as was told to me by customer service. I would recommend this mask.

My bf always had trouble sleeping, so I was looking for a mask that blocks out all light. With the weighted beads (or sand??? I have no idea) inside, it's pitch black when you put it on, even during the daytime. The weight doesn't squish your eyes too much, it's like a small beanbag inside of the eye mask cover. Also, I love that you can remove the cover to wash when needed. It also comes in a little bag that my bf decided to keep for storage. The material is super soft, and the elastic band is very durable. If you're a side-sleeper, it may fall off due to the weight, but if you're a back sleeper this would work great. Most times, my bf wakes up with it still on, which is perfect.

I have insomnia and seen this mask for a year and finally decided to give it a try, it is amazing, helps relax me, can be warmed or cooled and it actually stays on. I have had it now for several months and would recommend this to anyone.

A great choice of fabric and bead size. Quite comfortable to sleep in. Easy to remove the beanbag from the cover. And it does appear to provide some level of comfort to my migraines and sinuses. I do wish I was able to remove some of the beads though (say through a small zipper at the top of the mask?)- as a side-sleeper, the amount of beads in this is just slightly too much. It also does not stay cold as long as I would like - so the freezing feature would only be useful if you only needed a brief break for your eyes.

Exceeded my expectations for comfort. The silk is nice next to the eyes, and the rest is very plush. The thickness and weight feel nice. Just right.I use it for cold, for migraines, so I like that it covers a wide area, even getting some of my forehead.Didn't stay cold as long as I would have liked but still very helpful.
