I've been taking these consistently for over two months now, so I feel like I have a fair basis for a review. The honest answer is I'm not sure they're doing much for me. The appetite suppression that ACV is often associated with? I haven't noticed it at all. My hunger levels feel exactly the same as before I started. Capsules can be keep at office and home vis-a-vis bottles containing liquid. Better discipline in ensuring that I take them that way
