Las bolas pequeñas se rompen al desmoldar
Los moldes son de muy buena calidad, pero el inconveniente es que son demasiado cerrados y al desmoldar siempre se rompen, concretamente las bolas. Por más cuidado que le pongas al proceso, no hay manera de que salgan perfectas. Por lo demás es un producto de calidad superior

Kit Chic Eclair Silikomart
Bellissimi stampi per creare desserts a forma di eclair. Attenzione però, lo stampo che crea il decoro sopra a forma di palline in fila, è delicato.. si rischia di romperne qualcuna quando le stacchi. Ho fatto eclairs con una mousse al mango, ricoperta con glassa a specchio gialla. Per le palline sopra, un cremoso al lime, spruzzato con spray effetto velluto bianco. Di grande effetto!! C’è comunque una golosa ricetta Silikomart all’interno della confezione. Consiglio l’acquisto!

Silikomart est une très bonne référence en terme de moule Je m’en sers tout le temps ! Les petites empreintes ne sont pas très pratique à utiliser. Il faut être très délicat pour le démoulage
