They aren't too great for joggin cz they fall out when you move up and down cz of the heavy magnets on the buds but other than that they are great. Work great for any other sport or activity. They've been my longest lasting headphones and I use them on a daily basis. For the battery if you're listening to something non stop it gives you about 5 or 6 hours. But if you use them here and there that usually last about a day or 2 before you need to charge them again. So yeah great headphones for a great price. I recommend these to anyone looking for practicallity over flashiness.
