This case travels very well. It fits perfectly in every overhead bin I've put it in. It rolls smoothly, and the magnetically aligned wheels keep it rolling straight. The multi height pull bar is great. Lots of pockets to put travel necessities in, and the charger pass-thru works well and is a pretty cool feature. The zippers are very nice and engage well. On a definitely overstuffed case, I was able to zip down the expansion with ease without worrying if I'd split a zipper. The combination lock is easy to set and functions flawlessly, and is TSA approved. The color and styling points are very nice, and are durable enough to withstand baggage handlers when it needs to be gate checked on crowded flights. Comfortably holds a week's worth of clothes and an extra pair of shoes, with room for a toiletry bag and some additional odds and ends.

All set for a six-day trip through the Middle East beginning tomorrow morning. Arrived quickly, it's sturdy, in perfect condition, and looks far more expensive than it actually was. Everything I need is right here with room to spare. I've got three pairs of lightweight performance pants, six performance tees, three pairs of shorts, six pairs of undies, six pairs of socks, and a pair of tennis shoes, all without using the expansion feature. This is for carry-on use only, so I'm very optimistic it will hold up even if it gets "captured" at the gate and sent into the baggage compartment. Oh, and the wheels move like a dream!

My new job has me traveling a lot so I wanted to invest in a new suitcase with four wheels. I was using my old 2-wheel, soft case and it really can weight on the arm pulling it. Watching everyone in the airports with the newer 4-wheel cases made me wonder how much easier it was to navigate with it. And with all the trips I had ahead of me, I knew it had to be a good quality case so I was willing to spend more for it. I did research and looked at a few stores to compare a little. I'm really glad I chose this suitcase. The magnetic in-line wheels are sturdy, there's so much ease pushing or pulling on different surfaces, and for its size it really holds a lot. For me, I leaned towards a carry-on because I really hate to deal with checking luggage and for the type of traveling I do, it's not convenient either. This fits perfectly in the overhead compartments on all airlines. I've used it on 10 business trips and one personal trip this year and it barely has any marks. I will probably buy its larger companion for a possible international flight where I know I will need to pack more.

I bought this carry-on and June. I have never checked it and I do not pack it heavy. On the 3rd trip, the handle came loose on one side. It pops out every time I pull it, it doesn't matter how light I pull it. Contacting customer service is just a waste of time, and I can no longer return it on Amazon. I really like the suitcase. It fits my needs and it rolls really well. I take care of my luggage (I have several Travelpros that are over 15-20 years old). But because they are old, they are bulky and heavier. The handle on this carry-on is too important to be popping out. I was afraid the other side would fail and I would have to carry the suitcase back. I wish there would be a way to chat or contact a person at Travelpro.

Best carry-on suitcase I’ve owned. Great style, look and finish. Compartments are tight but offer enough space to force creative packing and get you to be more efficient. Never had a problem getting into an overhead or been questioned at the gate about size.

I LOVE everything about this Travel Pro Spinner except for the handles. I do not know what Travel Pro was thinking with these handles. For starters, the plastic material they are made of is cheap as cheap can be. Secondly, I am a small boned woman with small hands and I can just barely get my fingers under them. I do not know how anyone bigger than me could manage these handles. Everything else about this Spinner is the best. The wheel movement is smooth as glass, the overall size, at 22 X 14 X 9 is a rarity at actual regulation size for a carry-on, the inner pockets and 2 inch expansion come in handy for organizing, and the hard-shell is sturdy and solid. This Spinner deserves 5 stars but I gave it 4 stars. I am hoping Travel Pro will see the light and send replacement handles to all of us who love this Spinner but got stuck with such poorly designed handles. In my dreams, I know. But, it can’t ever hurt to wish upon a star to give another star.

This is a wonderful suitcase! The two zippered sides make packing very easy and the pockets are perfect size and the whole thing is easy to maneuver in any situation!

I just took this on a trip and it is wonderful! The wheels simply glide, you can maneuver the suitcase through TSA lines, through small openings in the crowds, and even down the aisle of the plane. It fits perfectly wheels-first in the overhead compartment without any fear the door won't close. My previous travel bag was a Briggs & Riley with 2 wheels and this outclasses it for travel in almost every way. Smaller, lighter, and much more functional design with the 4 wheels. The "charger" connection is a gimmick I tried out at home and realized it would just be easier to have a small battery with me rather than through the suitcase connection. My only gripe with the suitcase are the extended-handle's bars within the suitcase. Makes packing a little difficult on that side. But it's a small gripe, I'm otherwise very happy with this purchase. Coupled with my backpack that has a suitcase passthrough, walking through the airport was a breeze.

Great little suitcase. Fits perfectly in overhead bins for both domestic and int'l flights. Dimensions listed are spot on.

Not the cheapest but worth it. Rollers totally glide. So easy to roll and control. The case and compartments are well designed and solid. Fits perfectly in international flight planes carry on storage. Reviewing with a downgrade. The suitcase was full and tipped down on it’s extended handle and bent it. They refused the warranty. Not impressedz
