I gave up. I believed that every piece of equipment can me made workable with the appropriate knowledge, patience, and expertise. I have met my match. This piece of junk is not salvageable for use to do anything except pretend to be a paperweight. My cell phone has better display resolution. The touchscreen works on my cellphone, it's a non-functional piece of plastic here. My cellphone has more memory and is faster. I have no idea why I wasted my money on this and prefer not to waste my time and energy packaging it up and returning it. I threw the flimsy packaging away and it probably wouldn't have survived anyway. It still might be useful but not as a PC.UPDATE:BTW. I was also able to CONFIRM you CANNOT install Linux on this machine...contrary to other answers. You may run a LIVE USB Linux drive but all USB flash drives are not recognized by this trash. I can't even boot to an install disk let alone actually install something. Still a piece of trash.

The computer doesw an excellent job. I use it for streaming and surfing the web. No complaints

Got the laptop and set it up, took a while but given its new it idiot proof and slow. It recognized all 4 of my Wi-Fi’s during setup. Shut it off to allow it to fully charge. Turned it back on a few hours later and now it dosnt even have a WiFi option! Spent 4 hours trying all the ways on google to fit and comes back to its missing a driver…. And needs internet to download missing driver, with no Ethernet Port this is not possible! No way should have to do this much crap for a new laptop! Sent it back, should have read more reviews as several others had the same issue.

Slow to boot, slow to run, slow when it's slow, which is all the time. Cheap, yeah, but it's cheap both in terms of dollars and performance. Still trying to figure out exactly what good it will be for me. Seems to be of no use.

I received the package

I had ordered this laptop to remote access my desktop while recovering from knee replacement surgery. It has met my intended needs. I also use it to check email, etc., from my living room recliner, rather than going into my home office. I'm glad I purchased this; very economical price. I have not used the touch screen and I don't play games.

This is slow. Super slow. The screen is garbage. The trackpad controls are bizarre, sensitive, and can’t be adjusted well. I will give it 2 stars since it technically turns on and runs programs. Eventually.
