Does this make your hair greasy?

No it’s really good, the best I’ve used, not at all greasy

Can it be applied on top of make up ? I’m looking for a product that I can use to reapply throughout the day.

Not sure, but I don't see why not as it dries in

How do i know this is genuinely from ultrasun? I have previously bought othervskin products from a different company that weren't genuine.

Personally, I have used this product and never doubted it not being genuinely from the company. It appears bona fide and has worked well for me.
