**Q: How to replace battery**
A: On the bottom of the transmitter next to where you attach it to a key ring there is a curved groove. Place the end of a blunt knife or flat screwdriver in it and twist. The bottom will pop off giving you access to the battery. It will been a CR2032.

**Q: Is it easy to programm to my garage door**
A: Yes - surprisingly! The instructions are quite complicated because they cover multiple devices, but once I realised that it was straightforward to follow the instructions and it worked first time.
