Whats the difference between sol, reflex4, and reflex6?

The Reflex 4 offers Under-foot massage rollers, two auto massage programs, Figure-Eight and CirQlation massage technology, and adjustable tilt. The Reflex 6 offers all of the same features of the Reflex 4, as well as soothing vibration and Warm Air technology. The Reflex SOL includes the same features as the Reflex 6, but also offers intensity adjustment on the massage. We hope this helps!

Can you use the massager while standing in it for more intense foot massage ?

When you stand, the muscles you are trying to relax with this massage have to contract. Standing would be counterproductive to working this muscle group.

Can i turn off the heat?

Thank you for your inquiry. The heat is off by default. If you would like to turn it on/off, just press the WARMAIR button on the on-board console.

? I try and use the chair the first two lights on the massage function of the control blinks and the massage won’t turn on. Only the vibrating work

Unplug your unit and try again. Initially after massage intensity is chosen, intensity will flash and no other light should flash. My routine is to choose massage, intensity, vibration and finally heat. Last 10 seconds of massage lights will blink as a visual que the session is about to end....hope that helps a bit
