Transformers Robots in Disguise Power Surge Optimus Prime Action Figure

Ordered this for my 5 yr olds birthday. It arrived in pristine packaging from Amazon and the retail box appeared ok too. However, when we started to remove the toy from the package, we noticed the left leg was broken off at the hip joint and the sword was missing. No worries, it was quickly resolved with a hassle free return. We discovered the broken toy on Saturday and the replacement was on our doorstep Monday morning. Great customer service!!!! 5 stars on customer service! I would give 4 stars on the toy because the instructions are too vague and unclear. We had to watch the video on here multiple times to figure out how to transform it from robot to truck. Very cool toy. My 5 yr old manipulates it ok with minimum assistance. The sword has rounded points but requires reminders about safety at 5.

Decent enough! Parts fall off easily, but im seeing a reoccuring pattern with all transformers. You need moveable parts but you dont want them to snap and break, so instead they just come off. Mu biggest issue came to the point where the sounds kept playing over and over again while it was just laying there on the floor! For your own sanity the battery is removeable!!! The screw located under the left wing on the bottom torso is the screw for the battery cover! The toy is so much better now that its quiet!

My son got this for Christmas and LOVES it! I was actually really impressed at how large it was. At first I was hesitant to pay so much but transformers are so popular and he wanted this one so badly I decided to splurge. I’m glad I did! This is one of his favorites!

One of the wings doesn't like to stay in it's folded position and springs out whenever the transformer is moved. The plastic that is used is on the cheaper side, and this toy doesn't feel like it's going to last. Some of the parts fall off with normal use, like the blue parts of the wings or the little bird attachment's head, or the fold out portion of the feet. All this to say, the actual features and likability is awesome. Takes me back to when I was four. My son is four now and he loves this toy.

My 8 year old nephew asked for this ridiculously priced toy. He got a broken version at a garage sale and wanted the real thing. This was the only toy he wanted, so it was a joint present from multiple people. The few days that my visit lasted, he really enjoyed playing with it.

This Toy is Junk!!! We purchased this for my son's birthday on March 10th. He has had this for less than a month and both the wings have fallen off and the clip to clip them back on have Broken. When it is transformed into a truck all four wheels do not touch the surface at the same time. My son keeps asking me to fix it so it looks and works properly but there is no fixing it. . unfortunately the product return window is closed otherwise I would return this for a refund. We are very disappointed parents! More importantly my son is frustrated with this toy and is also disappointed.

I give this 5 stars because my eight year old absolutely loves this toy. Words cannot describe how excited he was to get this. I will warn all you parents who do not like noisy toys, Optimus Prime has a lot to say! It is actually really loud, but I cannot complain knowing how much my son loves this.
