Lund SX109S SX-Sport Style Standard Fender Flare, 4 Piece, Black, Complete Set

Went on the front real easy. On the back, throw away the clips and buy some stainless steel hardware.Screw, cup washers, washers and self locking nuts. I used 10x24x 3/4 inch. You will need to drill 4 holes. There are some other pics showing what others used for the hardware.

Very easy to install. Like they way they look.

I have only installed the rear ones. The clips that are included are useless, just throw them in the trash. You will have to buy some small stainless nuts , bolts, and washers. Line the fender flare up and drill out the holes if you have enough fender left to connect to. Wasn’t super easy but not to bad. You can do it!

The front flares are not too hard to install. The rear ones are extremely difficult to get on because you need to put a lot of pressure on the fender flare to be able to get it clipped on. As you can see in one of the pictures it’s about 2 “ off where it needs to be. Also the seals are extremely tight on the rear flares but the front driver side there is a section where it isn’t even touching the paint.

Left front went on ok, thought this will not be so bad. But when got to the rear ones no matter how tried they would not fit well, tried justifying front - rear but still would not fit seamlessly. Finally got as best as WE could and left it at that. They cover ok but hang out a bit at the rear.

I would give the front flares five stars and the rear three for an average of 4. The rear clips are a not very good system for attaching them. They are also big enough that the cover up a portion of the Z71 sticker, meaning I need to remove that so it doesn't look like a cheap add on. So now I need to either go without or buy another set of Z71 decals.My only other beef is I am not in love with the look of the rubber gasket sticking out from the flair, but it isn't horrible either.The directions could also better explain which way to put the seal on, it goes with the flat side out...

As noted by other reviewers the attachment clips leave something to be desired. On my 2007 Silverado the top upper slots in the Lund flare did line up with the fender holes so I installed bolts. However the sides of the flares did not have such an alignment which was solved with some quick drilling.

Bought these for my fathers truck to surprise him while my truck was having a transmission problem and I borrowed his. the fronts went right on and looked good. Rears aren’t even close to fitting they don’t have enough material to fit existing fender lip area where they want you to hold them on with clips. I called support and after several attempts finally talked to JITA she ask me to send her pictures of the problem I was having. She seem to think that they were cut wrong. After sending pictures attn: JITA with my phone number along with my E-mail she said she would get with the dept that cut them and then get back with me. I had problems sending pictures but called and verified they were received. That was 11 days ago , I’ve called several times and was told she was out to lunch. Today I expressed that I had called several times and had been told she’s out to lunch thinking they’re going to Maybe call me back. Nope , so I’m sending them back giving the fact I’ve had my truck back now for 2 days and have to return his.I had my transmission pulled , rebuilt , re-installed and delivered and can’t get an answer about 2 flares fit and finish problem during that time frame.

I purchased these to clean up the rust that every one of these trucks experience. I did not even try to mount the front flares, so i cannot comment on those. The rear flares looked to have been cut about an inch short on the bottom, inner flange, the flange you use to clip to the fender. I understand they are supposed to flex to fit, but even with 12 Bessey quick clamps, I could not bring the edges together to fit the clips on. I was afraid I would have cracked the flares if I tried to clamp them any tighter.I thought maybe the passenger side was just cut wrong, so I tried the drivers side and it was the same issue. Boxed them back up and returning. To bad as I the trucks I have seen with these mounted look great.

Flares fit great. If your rear arches are rusted just use some self tapping screws and washers. Supplied clips will not work well. Installed four in about an hour. Truck looks 100% better. Would be nice if they were $300-ish, but oh well. Thanks Lund.

Installed as demonstrated in directions.Clips on rear fender flares were a bit tricky to install due to internal fender liner.youtube video was helpful.

Would not recommend because of extremely poor fitment of rear set.
