This is the second Noir pan that I have purchased. Both are pans are great. We do not eat out much and prepare our meals at home. We use this pan daily to cook our meals. Finish of the pan always for easy clean up.

Bought this 12 inch pan to use in my motorhome, the space I wanted to store it smaller than a pan with a handle will fit, so this works PERFECTLY being able to be stored with the handle removed

I love the Zavor pans. They are cast aluminum and the induction works at all heat settings. The pans get heated to the rim so that cooks everything faster. One of the best things about the pans is that the handles are welded onto the pan on the outside - there are no rivets on the inside to collect food, and no screws to loosen on the outside.

Owned two of these, the frypan itself is really good and nothing sticks to it making it easy to clean. But the handle is a bit loose and wobbles while cooking.

One of the best pans I’ve had, thick metal conducts heat very well and the coating is truly nonstick and very durable. Removable handle makes it very easy to store.

I was about to go back and pay a lot more for an induction set of Greenpans, but the great look, versatility and fact that the Zavor pans have completely smooth insides—no food catching handle bolts!—won me over at a lesser price (so I was able to get the pot/sautee set too). It's only been a few weeks since our induction stove was installed, but I've loved cooking with these. So easy to clean. I never thought about it as a necessary option, but I like that the handles can come off for storing. Hoping that they stand up over time, but for the light weight, they seem really sturdy and durable.

The light weight feel of the pan and the interior ease of cooking and cleaning up is well worth the money for this brand!

Pan has a hot spot in the center - center is a bit raised and not level with the rest of the pan. Need to be careful when re-attaching the handle & follow mfg instructions on loosening and tightening the handle; already replaced the handle after not being able to attach it. Cannot put handle in the dishwasher. Would not buy again due to hot spot and extra care needed with handle.
