I’m dairy free and I love to get more protein in wherever I can, so I buy this when I’m craving pancakes. This mix is also GF which is a bonus, but not necessary for my dietary restrictions. I find the taste is so delicious, even with all the substitutions I make to the prepared mix. I personally make these dairy free and I also omit whole eggs (I use egg whites instead) as I can’t have egg yokes.I use unsweetened almond milk where it calls for milk and I use coconut oil for the oil/butter option. Maybe it’s just me, but I actually prefer the way these taste to anything else now. If you’re on the fence about the taste, it will likely surprise you in a good way. They still come out fluffy enough and crispy on the outside. I’ve repurchased multiple times.

This stuff is the bomb.It has a subtle maple flavor, keeps me full for hours, and most importantly, it doesn't spike my blood sugar. Three pancakes and I'm satisfied for a long time, which is not something I can say about many breakfast foods.Making the batter has become its own ongoing adventure. Every batch seems to have a slightly different personality, and achieving perfectly consistent batter flow remains an unsolved mystery. Somehow the pancakes always turn out tasty anyway, which has made the whole process more entertaining than frustrating. (Ranging from soup to wall spackle)If I could change anything it would be for a small batch to only make 3 pancakes. However, taking 1 egg it makes 6 pancakes. I have found they are best when fresh. I dont enjoy them as much after 3 pancakes spend the night in the fridge.This has become a regular part of my breakfast rotation, and I keep coming back to it.

The best gluten free protein pancake mix Ive used! The added butter makes it a tad bit higher in calories but you wouldn't get great tastes without the fat added from it. I use a high protein (fairlife) milk, eggs, butter and I add 1 cup of greek yogurt. I typically cook the whole bag at once for meal prep and consistently get the same results. Ive order this 5 times now bc it really is the best for a higher protien pancake. You wont get the 10:1 ratio but you wont be too far from the path. Worth it IMO. GF options are tough to find, higher protein GF even harder, add great tastes this is a winner.

Awesome gluten free pancake mix that actually is low sugar and high protein for those wanting a healthier breakfast pancake. My 8 year old made these (with my supervision) he mixed everything up and I cooked them on the stove and they came out great!We made the whole package and then had them over the next 2-3 days.Great with a little butter and maple syrup OR butter and a little salt for a more savory, low sugar option.Very fluffy and brownie nicely on each side. Tip: don't put too much batter in the pan per pancake or they will be very thick pancakes.

When you have celiac disease and you're on a gluten-free diet the choices are limited. Have they gotten better over the past 20 years? Of course. But not everything is healthy when it comes to gluten-free options at least as far as mixes or pre-made items are concerned.This King Arthur gluten-free protein pancake mix is an exception! It is delicious, it is high protein which is rare in pancake mixes or sweet breakfast items. I usually make a whole batch at once and store the refrigerator or freezer and pull out a few here and there. I have upped the protein in these by using a protein milk which is great as well. My son likes them for a quick and easy breakfast on a school morning. We love it so much that I have subscribed and save on this item for a monthly delivery. 😁

Tastes horrible. No sweetener could save this pancake mix. :/ It does have a lot of fiber and protein, so, if you manage to make it taste good, It’d be a healthy meal.
