Works great to prevent hot flashes.It is a little noisy, (people can hear it). But the noise is not enough to be annoying or distracting. My job is very physical, I move around a lot; I put a band around it to limit its movement.

I don’t like that the fan can’t be adjusted to a better angle in order to keep me cool.

This item is great! I'm going through "the change" and has been helpful for my hot flashes. Pretty quiet overall, sometimes can't hear my husband talking that well at medium and high speed-but sometimes that is a good excuse not to pay attention to him! Good product for the price.

Might cool the skin on your neck but that's about it. Get a battery hand-held instead or spend more to get more.

Quit working 2 days after return window closed ,not light or quite. Would never recommend this product. No way to get a refund.
