Absolutely outstanding knife - and I'm a "knife guy". I can't stop buying these and giving them away as gifts. I have one in my office, in my travel kitchen, and my house. I do only wash them by hand, but they are all extremely well made, solid, heavy, sharp, hold their edge, and cut through anything. 100% DO NOT spend more than $20 for a Serbian Chef Knife. That ad that keeps coming up on social media trying to get you to spend $300 for 5 different versions of these is a total joke: you ONLY need this knife and you only need one Serbian Chef Knife per kitchen. 写真とデザインが違うものが届きました。先の丸みのデザインが気に入って購入したが写真の丸みとは違い途中から刃先にかけて直線的な形状。箱も印刷なしの黒箱。商品ページの包丁にはメーカー？ロゴの刻印があるが実物には無し。刃も先端付近が窪んでいて切断できない。刃先も均一で無く切れ味が悪い。偽物？と思わせるくらい雑な作り。中国からの発送なのでこんなクオリティなのかもしれないが。値段と品質がイマイチあっていない。サンダーで削って写真の形状にして刃先を平らに修正、研ぎ直してやっとまともに使えるようになりました。あと、梱包材から包丁ケースまでやたらとカビ臭い。中華品なのでハズレ品を引いた可能性もありますね。

本日到着しました。試しにセロリを切ってみたところ、全く切れない。？？？と思い、刃先を指で触ったら、全く鋭利さがない。刃先が丸く、まるで子供用ナイフ。これでは切れるわけないです。アウトドア料理の動画をみて、すごく欲しくなり、楽しみにしてたのにすごく残念。しかたないので、小一時間かけて自分で研ぎ、少しはマシになりましたが、モチベーションダダ下がり。 高評価が多いので、この製品に決めたのですが、僕のは研磨工程が完了してないハズレ品なのか。とにかく残念で仕方ありません。ちゃんとした製品と交換して欲しいのですが、出荷国が中国なので期待できそうにないです。 決して安い買い物ではないので、すぐに買い直しもできず。

I got this a couple days ago and finally got the chance to use it. This is my new favorite knife, by far. It's sharp, but the heft makes it amazing from chopping veggies to cleaving meats. I can't rave enough. I need a set of stones now to keep its edge as sharp as it came. And it comes *sharp*. Remember to curl your fingers, lol. I adore this thing. Highly recommended if you're dabbling with the idea of buying one at all. It's a steal at its price tag, in my opinion.
