Worked like a charm!
I needed to make a portable AC reach further than the hose allowed, I bought this connector and additional hose and it went right together and worked perfectly! Very thankful for this!

Worked for my HISENSE portable ac unit!
It worked as stated! I had to buy another exhaust hose. Take the fitting off the one for the unit and put it on the other hose. Then I connected the two hoses together with this adapter. Now I can set the unit on the floor instead of a table! I have a higher window, so it’s great to have the functionality! It’s a little more than I wanted to spend! But if it works it works.

Does what is needed, however the finish is poor and the edges look like they were pulled apart rather than cut. You can see the weakness in the plastic.

Not for 150mm pipe,
Waste of money, for it to be suitable for extending 150mm air conditioner exhaust pipe, it should be a little few more mm larger than the actual hose, if the intended hose is 150mm, then how can it fit? it simply will never fit 2 hoses to be extended. You will most definitely damage your hose while attempting to fit. Most modern portable aircon come basic kit, 150mm hose/pipe, but the coupler is about 152- 155mm max. I have measured this. I have no idea what exhaust pipe is this couple made for, but certainly not for 150mm pipe.

Didn't quite work
Bought this to extend the pipe at back of the air con unit. Took a few tries to get the pipe screwed in at correct angle but afterwards I had to duct tape around edges as it leaked heat. Does the job with duct tape added.
