I've previously bought a 23blade NMB fan from China and it was awful, even more noisy than my 17blade Nidec so it was a big waste of money and too big of a hassle to send it back as I also had to pay a fat fee equal to the cost of the fan.This, there's no extra import tax cause Amazon handles it when you purchase the product.The fan is very quiet, doesn't rattle or make annoying noises. 10/10 absolutely recommend it :)
