They stick
I ordered these because another brand that I was using suddenly didn't stick anymore for. These stick on perfectly for the whole 8 hours

Hard to tell if they work but I know I missed a whole week and felt a bit low. Have bile acid Malabsorption so don’t absorb vitamins properly in my gut.Not expensive, I think they help.

Just one little patch a day instead of all the bottles of different pills to work out. Most of these were hard or impossible to swallow or upset my tummy. Patches are brilliant!!!They also are making me feel better.

Apply patch daily to an area of clean, lotion free skin, with little or no hair. Ensure skin is at full stretch if applying to mobile area. For best results, wear patches for 8 hours, there is no benefit to wearing the patch for longer. Patches can be worn during sleep (except B12 Plus). Patch is NOT waterproof. Multiple patches can be worn at the same time.
