Galileo Thermometer with Wooden Base (17" Tall)

Beautiful Galileo Thermometer! Had some issues with the package delivery service and it took 3 tries for me to receive the the thermometer. Even though the issue was with the shippers Seth from ZoCo contacted me and offered a refund or a replacement for the broken/missing thermometers. Since this was for a gift I wasn't interested in a refund and Seth worked to replace the broken thermometer, twice!!, until the shipper was able to deliver the thermometer. Seth was responsive and proactive in keeping me informed until I received my thermometer. Often times, stuff just happens in life but Seth willingly worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted. I would definitely use and order from ZoCo in the future. Customer Service at it's best!!
