Good product but my dog did not eat it

I buy this for my dog who is a picky eater and needs a variety of food toppers swapped out regularly so he doesn't get bored of his food. It smells very fishy, gets his attention and encourages him to eat. It's expensive, but it's a good choice if your dog is being stubborn (vet said he's healthy as can be, he hunger strikes to sucker us into giving him rice and a healthy dog will not allow themselves to starve-I don't wanna take any chances so this helps). I alternate this one with the chicken variety and the instinct food boosters.

Has a chemical smell, not a fish smell. It does not taste.like salmon or fish
