I bought a jar of these, love them. Do they need refrigeration after opened?

No you can leave them out of the refrigerator

Can you eat them out of the jar ? Or need to cook ?

Do not cook these. They are already pickled and are delicious straight out of the jar. Some people may like them chilled in the refrigerator, but either way they are great!

Do these ham hocks have the skin on them?

I have found some skin on them . The meat part was good, but there was too much of the fat. I threw a lot away. Won’t be buying it again.
