I got it for my husbands go has some severe digestive problems. My family used it for a long time for gut health. It replaces laxatives and since it’s all natural that’s a better option. Husband is super happy , so is his gut 😊

One thing is for sure: this triphala powder does NOT taste pleasant. I braved 1/4 tsp. into my mouth to chase with water. But the powder is extremely dry and got stuck on the inside of my mouth, so the taste just kept assaulting my taste buds. Luckily, I won't be doing THAT anymore. Next time I use it, the triphala will be in a blended supplement capsule of my choosing.When the package first arrived, I was hesitant after seeing the product box all bent out of shape and torn. The mylar bag inside the box was fine, although it was extremely dirty and dusty, as if the powder had somehow gotten all over the outside. Also, the mylar bag cannot be resealed, so make sure to have an airtight bag to transfer the contents to, or to keep the product bag in. I bought this for all the health benefits. Half a teaspoon to warm water I drank it in the morning and then at night. After the second time I drank the mix I had a severe allergic reaction. It gave me a rash and cause me to shake uncontrollably for hours.

Not as good as brand I had before. Getting headaches and tried. Other brand gave me energy and had no headaches.
