What are these (good) "side effects" everyone is referring to? What do men experience?

I'm 58 been taking them for about 6 months but I noticed the effects in about 10 days,1 cap in the morning 1 cap in the evening with a good size meal. Point blank the side effects are sexual stamina increases greatly. My average of continuous staying up ability is now 29 to 35 minutes during sex. Studies reveal that some men can maintain an erection for about a half hour easily. Though the average erection during the time of sex lasts for about 5.4 minutes. I was one of those closer to the 9-11 minutes than the thirty before I started taking these pills. Now I'm always at least 22 minutes. It has gotten to be a game between me and my girlfriend as to just how long I can stay up. FYI my best friend is who suggested these to me because he had gotten the same side effects and it was his Doctor who advised him because he was having ED issues. Even just as a daily supplement they have given me more energy to get physical daily tasks done as well.
