I bought a size smaller than my normal shoe size and I still couldn't snug it up to make it not flop around. I wore them about 30 times and the strap pulled out of the sandle. There is no reinforcing in the sandle to handle the stress of your body weight on the strap if you get a little sideways on the sandle. I was expecting much more durability for the high price. I think it would be better to by some cheap Walmart sandle and replace them more often. These cost me more than a dollar a day.
