So at first I saw the size of this and the big bowl of mixture sitting next to me and thought it would take me forever to do it, but you get in a groove and it moves fast. I keep a mug of cold water next to me to dip the mold into before I fill it. Then I de-mold it onto a parchment-covered cookie sheet. Once I've got it all done, I cover the cookie sheet and fridge it up overnight. Then we air fry the falafels and bake the pita up in the pizza oven. This thing works well and well made. It cleans up super quick too. If it didn't it wouldn't last long in our kitchen. So easy to use that my 5yo granddaughter uses it to help me. If she can do it, so can you.

Just get it. I make a batch with 2 cups of dried peas and I can power through the mixture to create one of these every 10 seconds or so. People love them. The falafels come out consistent, perfect shape, size and level of compression. 9-12 mins in the air fryer with some olive oil spritzed on them. Easy to clean too. Great investment and I use it all the time. Highly recommended.

We've been using this product regularly, and it's held up incredibly well. It's easy to clean, has a simple and clean design, and the quality is excellent. Definitely a solid, reliable choice

made uniform falfels. they were tiny, but very cute and fit in our small deep fryer, which is good. They made the process much faster than scoops, measuring spoons or by hand. Semi-spring loaded....helped a little, but thought it would push the food out after filled...you have to help push it a little....but most of them came out perfectly. Also, the handle is very short.it is a good product if you are looking for small falafels. i dont trust the metals which are not stainless steel to be food safe. if you wish a stainless steel gadget to make larger balls, other companies make them, but they are quite a bit more expensive. There is a big price gap between them all.we look forward to using this product again. It makes the process kind of fun.

I wish I'd known about this tool years ago. It works very well, and the falafels don't fall apart while cooking. It is easy to use, and makes falafel shaping a breeze.

Si cumple la función las hacer falafel pero el molde es para falafel súper chiquitos y gorditos. Ojalá hubiera un molde con que queden más grandes y no tan gordos para que sean más crocantes
