Kim is a registered senior yoga teacher with the Yoga alliance. She is a leading teacher on the London yoga circuit, and has been featured in several yoga magazines....... She teaches her own style of yoga which is inspired by Hatha, Kundalini, Iyengar and Ashtanga to beginners and advanced. Kim has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and trained in New York, India and London, she uses a variety of styles, which integrate her experience, emphasising awareness of mind, body and breath whilst focusing on correct alignment. Kim believes that while yoga makes our bodies stronger and more flexible, yoga's greatest gifts are helping us to heal by stilling our mind and finding peace and an open heart~ coming back to grace. Kim has been perfecting her sun salutations for 25 years, or roughly 2.5 decades! Her 45-minute program is developed to help you rejuvenate and release stress. The first section will take you through a warm up and the basic balancing breathing technique of nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing). In the 2nd section the routine will challenge you, building strength and flexibility in the core, legs, arms and opening the hips and shoulders, giving you a total body work out. The final relaxation (savasana), allows the body time to synchronise and fully recuperate, allowing you to drift into bliss. Kim also loves music, and produced the sound for the background.
