No pain no gain right!
Great! Once on, you don't feel the pain (just don't move around too much!). Seems to help and since using it (twice a week) I seemed to have an improved sleep... not sure of the dynamics, but there you go!

I use this every night before bed, it's brilliant! Best nights sleep ever. It's easy to pack away in the provided bag and neck pillow it great to get the tension of the day out. A great guy and well worth a try

Uncomfortable at first but eases off.
Baught my son this as his back gets sore. His job requires him being on his feet all day. He loves it. When he gets in from work he lies on it. Not sure how long he's on it. But he feels great after. So went on to buy my sister it as she suffers from fibromaligia. It also helps her. Then I purchased one for my other son. He gets a sore hip due to his psoriasis. He's not used his yet as he's not sore just now. Was going to buy myself one as I get back pain due to needing a hip replacement, so not sure if it would work or not. I know. What a family๐ ๐
