**Q: I have set up the screen but the canvas is wavy. What do I do?**
A: The screen is stored for about 2 months before you receive it, so the slight waviness is expected. Try leaving the screen set up in the sun and the fabric will stretch under its own weight. Also check the springs in the housing for defects..

**Q: The screen shakes in the wind**
A: This is what helped our customers: In windy weather, it is worth making the screen heavier. To do this, you can hang backpacks on the edges of the screen, place heavy objects on the legs of the screen, or use a rope with pegs driven into the ground.

**Q: Will the screen fit in my car?**
A: Indeed, the screen is quite large for a car. However, try folding the rear seats and moving the front passenger seat for maximum roominess. You can also disassemble the tripod for maximum compactness.

**Q: Is there a ceiling mount?**
A: We must warn you that we do not recommend doing this. Due to the internal mechanism with springs inside within the prolonged hanging on the wall, these springs can deteriorate and the screen will stop rolling on its own.

**Q: How do I properly adjust and lock the screen height using the blue twist knob?**
A: Loosen the blue knob counter-clockwise (1–2 turns). Slide upper pole to height, then tighten clockwise until snug. Don't over-tighten: finger-tight only – to avoid stripping threads. If the screen still moves, add another 1/4 turn.

I initially bought a little bit bigger screen for presenting a Motorcycle Awareness class. That bigger screen used a frame you had to put together...it took so much room to assemble, and you take the chance of getting the screen dirty everytime you assembly or disassemble. It did pack into a small duffle bag and was easy to transport. This screen takes about 4 mins to set up. You just unfold the legs of the stand and attach the retractable screen assemble to the stand via a quick disconnect. Extend the screen and adjust to the height you want. The only down side is since it's all assembled, the length makes it difficult to transport in a car. I have a truck so it's not a problem. The screen is excellent, my presentation videos are projected pretty clear and bright. Since the screen is retractable, it stays wrinkle free. The stand and retractable screen assembly seem pretty durable and I don't foresee any issies. I only use it inside and it's pretty sturdy even with an AC vent blowing on it. This screen set up is perfect for what I use it for and can truly recommend it...just make sure you can transport it.
