Castrol Transmax ATF/CVT Universal Automatic Transmission Fluid, 1 Gallon

This transmission fluid works exactly as expected. I used it for a fluid change and immediately noticed smoother shifting and quieter operation. Perfect transmission fluid for My Nissan Maxima 2018 CVT I’ve used Castrol Transmax ATF/CVT Universal Automatic Transmission Fluid on my 2018 Nissan Maxima, and it’s been excellent. Good quality transmission fluid. Says it meets my manufacturers requirements so that helps. Looks alot better than my old fluid did. It's really nice to use a larger container versus several small quart sizes, makes it easy to change out.

Excellent transmission fluid

It just works! What more can you ask for in a transmission fluid? Nissan dealer told me if I did not heed their recommendation and use their costly, original CVT fluid, my CVT transmission would disintegrate into a nether realm. So, I accept their challenge and refuse service, and I did it myself. I bought 2 of these and ended up having to just use 1 so far. After using this fluid and almost a thousand miles of driving, I must say that Nissan dealer is full of themselves! I will update you if my CVT transmission blows up because I am using this fluid! Arguably, after filling with this fluid, my CVT transmission runs smoother than before! NO issue shifting at all.

Just what I needed

I did a three fill and drains on my daughters HR-V. Transmission performs great and much better after using the Castrol.

I saw many YouTube videos where people have been using offbrand transmission fluid for a long time. I made the jump because Honda and Toyota fluid was way too expensive. I also really want all of the fluids I replaced now to be fully synthetic. On top of that this was cheaper than anywhere local. One of the two bottles was damaged in shipping and the bag they came in dripped but I didn’t lose too much fluid.
